  1. The offense is still choking in the red zone. And I am still pissed at Grossman throwing that ball up. And the running game, outside from 2 or 3 decent runs, the running game hasn't done that good. Other then that, great game so far.
  2. I don't think the team was really that cocky last year in the playoff game, but the coaching staff was to stuburn.
  3. I dunno, someone cut by the puckers... Well, he is a decent reciever. Couldn't hurt. Gardner > Gage/Currie
  4. Maybe that would be the score if the packers were facing a pee wee team. The score will be like Bears 84, Packers -35
  5. Why did we ever cut Marc Edwards? He was beastly for us, and argueably our best reciever. I hate Johnson. Edwards was the man, and he could stay healthy.
  6. Urlacher is one fine act, and a great guy. And a beastly defender.
  7. If it is a bigger reciever, Gage gets cut. If it is a smaller, faster reciever Currie. If it is a guy in his 1-2 year, and needs some fine tuning, practice squad.
  8. He is still elligible for the practice squad I believe. He has only played 2 seasons, right? And we still have an opening on the practice squad, right? And we'd probably see him by week 3 or 4 with our recievers having a habbit of getting injured and sucking.
  9. Oh, I thought he was just simply waived. I didn't know he got resigned.
  10. Linky This Peter King guy must be smoking some serious crack. I would be surprised to see the Packers, Vikings, and Lions finish, at best, at .500. Ah, I am pretty sure Jon Kitna is no better then Rex Grossman or Brian Griese. And Rex is the QB, dumbass. And if he sucks, Brian Griese (a solid vet by the way) will be the QB. Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson are the running backs, they will split time. They are both better then the Lions running backs, and will be a great duo. Who is the Lion's offensive weapon to fear? Did the Bear have an offensive weapon to fear last year? Idiots like this piss me off, but then again I laugh at their stupidity.
  11. which isn't happening. He got cut. I was really hoping we'd get an extra pick...
  12. He would have been demoted no matter what. He hasn't played all preseason, and Jones is back. Antics or no antics, you gotta go with who has played some preseason.
  13. Oh well. If he really wanted a chance, he would have slimmed down and became quicker. I do hope him the best though.
  14. I'll be the first to admit, I am not much of a Gage fan. He is slow, and jump balls might be the only good thing to do with him.
  15. Idonije is a DE first and foremost, but can play some DT, so we have 4 DE's, and 5 DT's. Jamaal Green is on the Practice Squad, and it was between Haynes, Green, and Garay for the final spot (no way we keep 10 D linemen). And Garay preformed the best and made the team.
  16. plus, if we kept Haynes, we would have 10 D-Linemen, and only 4 safties. And Mike Brown has injury concerns.
  17. Yes I did. But I am having a bit of a problem with it on talkbulls. My name is changed, but for someone reason, I have to log into using my old name. Maybe it is because the person just changed my display name, and left my log in name as the old one.
  18. Calico > Gage... actually almost every reciever in the NFL > Gage.
  19. All I have to say is that... McCariens > Rogers > Gage
  20. Mike Haas added to practice squad. I think of him as a better Tommy Waddle. Not afraid to go up the middle and sure-handed. But, not the fastest guy.
  21. Yeah, it is a 14 team league and I picked 6/8 I think I am high on Gould, he has looked very good so far, and looks as if he has increased his kick strength hitting a couple 50+ yarders in PS.
