I don't know, if they don't have Nelson or Cobb, their top receivers are DaVante Adams, Jeff Janis, and Ty Montgomery? The GB defense has not looked that good, and not that much better than ours at this point. If we have Jeffery and Royal, with Forte and Bennett. Our offense will be able to score. We might lose, but it is either going to be a Bears win or close loss.

Special Teams has been only highlight for the most part. Just got a blocked punt TD return.

Long is a beast, he is literally blocking 2 guys every play.

Perry has been good on KO returns.

Megapunt is Megasuck. Kicking from our endzone he couldn't get it past the 50.

Leno is horrible, he misses blocks or holds.

Tackle play has been weak, very concerning. Sutton has been visible and making some plays.

I have 23 and counting in the Army, so I know what you mean. Shane Carden has #15. There are actually 9 players wearing the same number (1 on O and 1 on D). So after cuts I would take the first number available under 20 or in the 80's.

I wouldn't say Rodgers needs nothing. I would say he needs nothing because he has been in the same system so long, has had decent WR's, and now as a running game with Lacy. When the defense is good, that takes some pressure off him as well. You need a couple of those to be successful in this league. Cutler has either had a brutal system and good players, a good system and no players, a sprinkling of horrible defenses, and basically zero continuity his entire career for more than a year or two.

I don't like that the Bears, current teammates, staff, and fans have to be punished for this. Why not just fine him and be done with it? The only saving grace is that he will be a little bit fresher throughout the season.

This is not just happening to the Bears, there are already more ACL tears this offseason than last year and a whole bunch of other injuries. Most teams have lost 1-2 starters. So the final cuts are going to be competive as teams pick up other teams cuts.

Wow, only a couple of solid series by the defense, and against a pretty good offense with Luck playing. McPhee with a sack, Jenkins with a QB hit, and Allen with a QB hurry. Mariani with 2 big punt returns as well. Offense stalled with a couple of O-Line penalties, Bushrod got bull-rushed into Cutler on a sack, and Leno with a holding penalty. Cutler has looked pretty good, not making any terrible decisions.
