  1. That's pretty sweet. I'd put the carries at 55-45 TJ... though Cedric has gotten more carries thus far, it sounds like this is TJ's game. EA Sports SuperBowl XLI sim
  2. well, technically he is, because the layer had to be created over the SI logo, unless the logo was erased around him, which is highly doubtful.
  3. Uni-Watch I thought this was really good.
  4. "I thought, how could [Mark] miss this one opportunity that he might never have again in his life?" said Pavelka, 28, from the southwestern Chicago suburb of Homer Glen. ^^^ that COULD be applied to, oh i dont know, the birth of your child... priorities, people!
  5. There comes a point when you just have to start ignoring this shit. I believe in Rex, and two weeks from now, hopefully I'm enjoying reading, with a huge hangover, the Sun Times special Super Bowl Champs edition.
  6. If the team needs extra motivation for an NFC Championship game, I hope they lose. PS, only one of those idiots had an above .500 record last week.
  7. Mike Ditka wishes not to be affiliated with the Bears, in prayer or in broadcast.
  8. Just heard the former Saints quarterback, "The Cajun Canon" say that, "If you don't root for the Saints, you're not American." Hey asshole, if the Saints win, its not going to make anything better in New Orleans, and I hope the Bears stomp them.
  9. Yeah, I'm quite surprised that they would release him, but it truly does seem to be headed in that direction. too bad.
  10. I think you mis-typed that, but "doubtful" is the lowest rating on the injury report. At this point, there's no reason to not let TJ rest and give it to the, as Ozzie would say "Big Mah".
  11. Last week, it was quite obvious Rex just needed one positive play to get himself on track. That play was his run up the gut. He was smiling, getting high-fived by his teammates again, and he threw very well after that. I think all he needed was confirmation that he could play in the league... think about how this season went for him, he HAD to have been freaking out. Now, I'm rather confident that he's going to be fine. I love Rex Grossman, and feel that he answered the situation against the Rams with more pressure than any player has had on him all season (including the whole NFL here). It was Monday Night Football, his situation has been dissected across the country and on ESPN and ESPN Radio, and of course locally. No one in the league has had the type of pressure that Rex faced on Monday, and he answered and owned and good for him!.
  12. Hester should NOT get a shot at offense this season, because this season is marked with Superbowl expectations. However, in training camp and the preseason next year... you had better give him a shot. As of right now, he has no idea what he's doing, and his value as a decoy does not outweigh how much he would hurt us with one fumble, or one route gone awry that turns into an interception, or one shot where he gets hurt doing what he's not most valuable to this team for... - I like him on defense, as our third or fourth CB or our third safety, because his big play potential is ALWAYS there, and he seems semi-competent at the position... - I did not like seeing him one-on-one on Torry Holt! - I love him returning kicks!
  13. This should be very fun to watch. However, I wouldn't put it past Lovie to give A-Pete at least 10 carries as well.
  14. I'm sorry, I love Devin, but Vince Young and Reggie Bush have had bigger impacts on their teams. Special Teams Player of the Year? A LOCK, but rookie? no...
