I always thought the teams wouldnt lose much to guarantee those 2nd round deals. Still should have happened through collective bargaining, not this way, but so what, we are here and our guys are going to camp. As for the extra money - it was 120% more than years past, only the recent DT signed for 87% guaranteed, and that was new.
