Larry Meyer mentioned that Joey had put on 15 pounds of muscle and looks extremely impressive. Look for him to take a big step up this yr at least on special teams. Peace Great news, LaRocque seems like a great kid, reminds me of Hillenmeyer. I think he can be a good back up at the strong side LB and great special teamer.
