1. Outside Linebacker: Former first round pick Kamerion Wimbley has regressed after a solid rookie season and they really don't have another starting-quality option to rush pass opposite him.

 

2. Defensive Back: Cornerback Brandon McDonald is probably better suited for a backup role while former starting safety Sean Jones bolted as free agent they have yet to find a replacement.

 

3. Tight End: In somewhat of a surprise move Kellen Winslow was traded and while Martin Rucker could get the first crack at replacing him odds are they will need to bring in some more help.

 

The top player remaining that would fit one of these needs is my selection for the Browns
