Seahawks @ Bears Gamethread

Omilaye with an atrocious job there. Nice analysis by Billick all day. Our OC has been incompetent as has our oline.

YEs but the OLine isnt going to magically change during the game. The OC knows his Oline can't protect it, yet he still calls the plays. The play calling is the only variable that has a chance to change during the game.

What has happened to Martz adjusting? Just downright frustrating.

We need a whole new OL. I can just imagine all theboos from the fans at the stadium. Embarassing, again.

Who knows, you would think that after the Cowboys game he would see how well it worked.

This sort of crap was part of the worry of bringing him in.

Anybody have a this year vs last year offensive breakdown? It would be an interesting look.

And this is one of the reasons I didn't want Mike Martz to begin with. He puts no emphasis on blocking at all, all he thinks about is throws down the field. You combine that with our atrocious offensive line and you get a disaster.

Atleast we finally started in Seahawk territory. 2 first downs and we are in FG range.

How?! Forte has 11 yards rushing! Time for the whole team to step up.

Webb might actually be as bad as Omiyale. He's clearly more physically talented than Omifail, but when you're legally blind it's difficult to be an offensive tackle.

Hasselbeck has a day and a half to throw, defensive line getting absolutely no pressure at all. Peppers has to do something.

We are the luckiest 4-1 about to be 4-2 team on the face of this earth. This Bears team is terrible.

Yup, looks like we are well on our way to a regime change.

Not likely, worst case scenario, the Bears are going to win another 2 or 3 games this year. Combine that with the 4 wins they already have and then they are here next year. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bears don't end up 9-7 tho.

I thought it was playoffs or bust?

Anyways, maybe we can get a QB that can throw a frikin slant too. Thats twice he has done that crap.

This is a grade school offense. It's so bad it isn't even funny. Where is Ron Turner?

lol The first Turner call. Seriously though, I'd love to see the comparisons of last year and this year.

The passes have been bad, but can you blame the guy? The entire franchise and offense is on his shoulders, and he has the worst OL in NFL history making repeatedly horrible decisions play after play. Sooner or later a person will naturally self-preserve, whether it's because of injury or danger. If someone sprains an ankle, they're going to limp.
