Im with you Mad, super amped and I don't have to leave for the road again until after the game. I will be leaving for Kansas City, but not until Cutler shows Ryan how good he is. Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94611 Holy Cow, Roy Williams does know how to catch when he is wide open Report
September 11, 201114 yr Author comment_94612 The Falcons are teeing off on the run but the passing game is leaving people wide open and Cutler is having time to look downfield. Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94613 Love the play calling for the most part, but an end-around to Sanzenbacher is a horrible call. If it doesn't work with the fastest WR, it certainly won't work with the slowest WR. Report

I see the line doing a good job so far with creating a pocket in which Cutler can step up in to. We never saw much of this last year Report

If it doesn't work with the fastest WR, it certainly won't work with the slowest WR. It seems like end-arounds almost never work any more because Defenses are always watching for it. Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94621 I see the line doing a good job so far with creating a pocket in which Cutler can step up in to. We never saw much of this last year I also noticed that there was a convenient space for Cutler to step into as the DEs came crashing around. That is promising because that means the interior of the OL isn't getting caved in. Now if we can just get some holes opened up for Forte the rest of the NFL will be shitting themselves about this offense. Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94622 What a horseshit no call by hochuli. That was an obvious late hit. Such bs.. Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94623 And the NFL continues a bullshit double-standard with protecting QBs. If it's a megastar they want to promote, a butterfly landing on his shoulderpad draws a roughing penalty. If it's Jay Cutler and he gets hit OBVIOUSLY late, he needs to "toughen up and quit whining." September 11, 201114 yr comment_94630 HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! AWESOME PLAY CALL, FINALLY GOT A RB SCREEN TO WORK, AND GREAT DOWN FIELD BLOCKING!!! Report
September 11, 201114 yr comment_94631 Side Notes: -Goose is a moron. Webb got burned on the sack, but he kept blaming Carimi. -Johnston is a moron. He said the Bears have always been a good RB screen team. That shows a criminal level of stupidity and lack of preparation. Report
September 11, 201114 yr Author comment_94632 -Goose is a moron. Webb got burned on the sack, but he kept blaming Carimi. He was right. Webb's guy was the guy that got the sack but the sack happened because Carimi got pushed back into Cutler. That forced Cutler back into Webb's guy. If Carimi had held against the Bull Rush then Cutler could have easily stepped up to avoid that, but the guy in front of him pushed him back. Report
