watch the whole games man, highlights will show you nothing.

Yes highlights do tell a tale about what you do and how you go about doing it. Webb & Carimi you see get pushed back off the line into the QB at least Bushrod makes the D lineman go around the QB to the back

The highlights of the Bears game you posted only showed the bad plays...seriously when you have the time go back and watch both games and you'll see what I'm talking about. NFL rewind is only 30 bucks and you can watch every nfl game last year.

Agreed that there's no need to jump back on this subject...esp if you just wanna go off highlights.

We cant ever have a Webb is a better LT again, because he doesnt play that position any more, so any discussions comparing one player to another player is pointless.

Nope, those words never came out of my mouth. I went back and watched both their games vs SF, thats all.

Thats what I thought, I remember with all the discussions before, that I didnt think you were able to go over all the Bear games. I think if someone breaks down tape they can have a better input in to a one player is better than another discussion, but small sample size isnt enough to make a rational judgement. I recorded all the Bear games last year and did concentrated on the OL and in general it wasnt very pretty. Last year has passed and lets hope for better results this year from some different players.

I more than likely will have to break down all the bears game over the next week or 2 for PFF but I'm only specifically looking at player participation. It's pointless now to rehash the old argument as you sad though.

Let's just stop this pointless conversation. Its obvious that bears brass thinks bushrod is much better than Webb. That's all I need. I trust this staff more than u or PFF for that matter

It was stopped about a month ago sir, no clue why it was rehashed today. I will still stand by my statement though if/when it is brought up.

So what now were back on the Webb thing again? We moved on from Webb as our LT, lets hope he can improve enough to play RT and everybody will be happy.

I won't be. I'm hoping Carimi is the one who improves and heals enough to play RT. I don't want him to be another wasted first round draft pick. Webb has already had ample opportunity to show his skills, and he has been lacking the entire time.
