Also, just for reference, Williams has a 86.1 QBR (2nd in the NFL), only trailing Purdy. Daniels has a 62.0, Nix has a 46.6, and Maye has a 45.9.

Nix gets credited with another Comeback and 4th Quarter win. Yet the defense scored on a Pick-6. The refs were just as bad in that game as I have seen in Bears games, just against the Rams. Phantom calls, no calls, etc. It was clear they wanted to give the Broncos every opportunity to win that game. They had something like 12 plays inside the 15.

I’ve seen enough. We made the right choice in Caleb. I think Caleb, or rather his highlights, is affecting these QBs. I saw Nix scramble to his right and throw back across the field about 30 yards into the end zone except it dropped 10 yards short.

Wow, this season has started out rough for the 2024 draft class, especially QBs. Maye has been straight up ass, like borderline the worst QB in the league if Jordan Love didn't exist. Nix has been his mediocre self, averaging 200 yards a game with 1 TD and 1 INT per game. Daniels is where he was always projected to be, hurt, and Penix had a solid game, but it always feels like he is one play away from getting injured. So it sucks that Caleb is now lumped in with these bums. He clearly is a lot better than all of them, but now he is relegated to the injury list with Daniels waiting for Penix to hop back in.

We did not. However, we took a to and fro route from Scottsdale. Great drive, both ways. The rapid change of terrain through elevation was amazing...

Bagent returned to practice today. Unless he regresses he’s likely to start. That’s just me reading between the lines of Ben’s press conference today. Tyrique also returns but is still limited. Ben said there is hope he’s available on game day. When asked point blank if Ozzy will play the answer was no.

If they lose to TB, they would fall to 1-3. Teams that start 1-3 have a 13% chance to make the playoffs. If the Bears beat them and they fall to 1-4, there season is basically over. They have at least 8 more games against top 10 offenses, at best they can split those, that is 5-6 with MIN, TB, HOU, DAL, MIA and NE as the other 6 teams. They will be lucky to split those 6, that is 8-9, at best. I doubt they split those first 8, probably more like 3-5, and 2-4 against those last 6 to finish 6-11.

Lost something like their last 7 out of 8 games. I am enjoying this only because of all the bandwagon jumpers that left the Bears for them and then would enjoy trash talking and we had to take it for decades.

He was just extended in January to a multi year deal too. It would be great to see them get into a losing frenzy. Fire the coach, hire a new high price coach who struggles, fire the gm and get into a mess like our beloved for a decade.

Crazy thing is, he's a good coach. But when your team has lost their way, he's the first thing you reset.

Oddly I watched that ATL game all the way to the end. I won’t be surprised to see calls for firing their HC.

Wow, the Packers look terrible. Lost 35-14, but it should've been more. Love had 5 INT throws, DBs dropped 3. O-Line may be the worst in the NFL, RB Room worst in the NFL. Outside of Watson, they have no offense. On defense they cannot stop the run. They look like a 5-win team.

I am still hoping to see the Bears upset Philly. I just finished watching Atlanta brutalize Green Bay 35 to 14. I have to say, it was a great game to watch. Now, the Bears need to pounce on Philly and come away with a win.

Interestingly enough, this will be the first game as a play caller where he doesn't have the #1 Overall pick as his starting QB. 3 years of Goff for all 17 games, then Williams last year for 17. The game against MIN was the 70th straight game in that regard. Kinda wild.
