Ruskell for gm

Now there is rumblings that Tim Ruskell is still in the running and might end up the guy. If these clowns hire Jerry Angelo's buddy, who is worse then Angelo, after firing Angelo I may just have to stop watching until he is gone. This team is trying to take over the Raiders under a senile Al Davis' place as the laughing stock of the NFL. Oh and the Bears have NOONE scheduled to come in for an interview at this time.

That combo might be an interesting two headed monster. I like the fact they are going to focus on running the ball and throw off the play action fake. The line is pretty big and with a few key additions they could be really good in that kind of system.

Why don't they just come out and call Lovie Coach/GM. Pathetic.

Isn't a GM suppose to be doing these kind of signings? I mean really? You are looking to get a new GM and you hire the coaching staff BEFORE the GM? Isn't that badwards thinking? Man and I thought Mike McCaskey was a moron.

I agree. The Raiders don't have many draft picks this year to entice a new GM. Plus Reggie I believe worked under Ron Wolf as well as Ted Thompson. He also oversees their scouting department on all levels. So he has had alot of good examples to reference from past experience in those systems.

He would be someone worth looking at if only our front office realized things aren't working out under Martz as his scheme only works if everything is perfect. But Gruden probably will get snagged up by a team looking for a head coach.
