Draft Day the movie.... It brought front the idea of what do you do with a QB that that has issues leading a team. It's really hurt his stock.

Wow ther goes Braxton. It will be interesting to se how he can transition. Being from Ohio, I wonder how fall Cardale Jones will fall. He really messed up by not coming out last year when his draft value was really high. This year QB's are falling deep.

The first chart I found had the 19th in the fourth worth 60, 26th 48 and 29th 45. The current picks is valued at 175 and the last in the 3rd is 128, so it's possible it could take all 3 4ths or more to trade up before the 3rd is over.

It's not likely given the trade value chart. To trade into the third would take two of their current 4ths if no more. They are more likely to move tomorrow in the 4th than trading up today.

They traded one away yesterday to move up, they will have 3 currently and one next year with the additions from trading down tonight.

I called Slauson one of my favorite players and consider their guards to be one of the best tandems in the league. I'm also very high on the talent at OLB for the Bears. I consider these to be 2 of the Bears stronest positions. That is not negativity, I actually said something good about he Bears. I just find it interesting that they drafted those two positions.

Deal with it. Sticking with tradition with my drafting watching habits. My lack of faith in the Bears ownership and management doesn't mean I don't know the team. The Bears have one of the best guard combos in the NFL when they are allowed to stay at their position. They also have 3 linebackers on the outside who effectively get a pass rush on the QB. It's an observation that they went to what I consider to be their 2 strongest positions in the first 2 rounds. Notice I didn't go and rip them a new one for it.

Desperately need secondary help, it was my number 1 need for them going into the draft.

I am hating the Bears, by saying that 3 of their players are good. Awesome logic. Spent the last 10 drafts or so with these guys on one board or another so I think I will stay.

I don't even care enough about the Bears now to get deep into this argument. They are there to rush the passer and they do.

They are competent pass rushers no matter what they are viewed as, which is what he said he and Bears didn't have at lb

Matt Slauson was one of my favorite Bears. Would hate to see them move on from him, unless they are going to move him to Center. Matt's an awesome guard.

The Bears pick 2 positions of strength in rounds 1 and 2. Interesting.

I just meant that you were big on him, not that you wanted the Bears to draft him. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bears go QB here or WR.

For me, this goes back to Emery and Angelo for many year. I just see Pace as a continuation, it's a lack of faith in the organization. I won't go detailed into my judgment of Pace, but I will say a little to explain why. I honestly wasn't big on him when he came in, as he had a big part on a team, that in my opinion, is one of the worst ran teams in the league. I don't like how he neutered the offense for little in return, and this is just another example of a bad trade in my opinion. Last year, I went to being a casual fan. This year I have absolutely no interest in the team.
