Looking at our last three coaches what has been our real problem over these years. Given we have had 6 winning seasons, 2 seasons of being a 500 team and 8 loosing seasons in the last 16 years. So I ask you this who was the better coach? Also what plays the most important part of a winning season...a great defense or a great offence? I think the three signing w have so far are going to bring a new attitude to the team...with McPhee saying he is violent and Rolle and Royal being hitters (Rolle) and playmakers (Royal) things are looking up!! Ture to your point...but Hester didn't need to learn how to play WR..The Falcons are using him as a WR slot/screen guy and he has scored twice...we could use him and his speed in the same role we just didn't do it. Hell was he not faster than Weems Bennett and who else we had on the roster last year at WR other than Marshall/Jeffery
