Then questions Lovie's game time decisions as a HC ? I've got to guestion ? Wha does Haugh know about the BEARS when he's a tad bit off on the number of wins he projected for the 08 season. Makes me not hold a lot of stock in anything he writes. He's a worse writer than Lovie is a head coach.

Antonio Bryant is having an excellent season and is a UFA at the end of the season. IMO the fact that he's a bit of a head case will cause JA not to be interested in signing him.

Berrian might be the 25th best WR in the NFL. Shelling out a guaranteed 16 mill like the vikes or franchising him for 8 mill would not have been wise. Also BEARS would not have been able to give Hester the new money he got if they would have re-signed or franchised B2.

I believe Manning has had a difficult time comprehending how complicated the BEARS defense is compared to the one he played in college. Appears to me after a couple of years he now understands what's going on. From all reports he's not the brightest guy on the BEARS. I'm glad he's finally making progress on D and has also been a better kick returner this yr than Hester.

Anthony Adams looked absolutely horrible during the pre-season. Yes he's looked pretty good the last few games and he's an average NFL DT. Nothing more and nothing less and nothing to get excited about. The conspiracy talk regarding Dusty and Lovie & JA in regards to Adams PT is a hoot !

1 He looked horible during the pre-season games and I swore he was wearing roller skates as they pushed him back. Now he's a stud ! 2 He's finally playing like the guy we hoped he'd be when Bears drafted him. 3 They say in Lovie's D it's not a necessity but you just might be on to something. 4 If he needs to go make sure Rashied Davis goes with him !! 5 Robbie "SOLID" Gould 6 Burners strike fear in the minds of defensive coordinators and defenses. Hester go deep on 2 ready break !!! 7 A Brown eats up backup OT's like I do M&M's after a six pack and 5-6 shots of whiskey. He's a pretty good all around DE. 8 Brian is playing well coming down the home stretch much like he did last yr and that's a good thing !!!

I don't know if I've ever watched more than 5 minutes of a pro bowl in the last decade and I love football. It would be interesting to know if Hester has an incentive clause in his contract for making the pro bowl ? He's ripped off Virginia thus far by his dreadful performance on the field. If Hester does make the pro bowl it makes the pro bowl even a bigger joke IMO.

BEARS best shot is to win the North out right. It would not surprise me in the least to see vikes choke down the streatch starting with a loss on Sunday. As BF2000 mentioned the Texans will give the BEARS the most difficult challenge. The've got their #1 qb Schaub back and appear to be on a roll. The take em one game at a time theory is always best but I just don't see BEARS losing two this year to the packers.

As a ND fan I'm not the least bit excited the IRISH are going to a bowl. It's a no win situation. If they lose they continue their bowl losing streak. If they win every Irish hata will say big deal they beat Hawaii. On a side note the big ten won't look so hot after OSU & Penn St go down. It's a joke that OSU get's a BCS bowl and TT does not. Who did OSU beat that was worth a crap ??
