I think Cutler is getting tired of being beaten like a rented mule. Cutler will make it a him or me after the season and I don't blame him. Martz needs to go.

I honestly think Chris is getting a bad rap for his performance. We ALL thought he would be better. Maybe he wasn't ready to come back from the injury and rushed it a bit.
Just a thought, and I'm going to play the what if game...but what if he usually hit the wrong gaps but was able to make up for it and the injury slowed him down just a step? That one step could make the difference between a 4 yard gain and an 88 yd TD run.

Does anyone have a link that clearly shows what he's saying, or has audio to hear what he's saying?
Thus far the audio is nonexistent, and the video is VERY inconclusive. I've watched it about 30 times and I still can't see the words being reported.
Good job, Jason. Now that you put VERY inconclusive in your post, Lovie is throwing the challenge flag.

Sometimes a guy who is bad in 1 system can step up in another system...but it would really hurt him not having had any time in this offense, even training camp.

Not talked about on this board at all is how Paea blew up Adrian Peterson on his sack of McNabb in the endzone. I saw it during the in=game reply and laughed. Paea doesn't even slow down or change direction and Peterson looks as if he doesn't know what hit him. Video is at this link:

There were many good things to come out of the Vikings game, especially the work Hester did. However, finally seeing our 2nd rd pick contribute in this way gives me more hope for the rest of the season.

I disagree. Roy played his best game as a Bear. Even on a couple other completed passes, when I watched the replay, Williams was open (Cutler just had another guy more open). He made all of his catches (although there was one that he probably could have had) and was a nice target over the middle of the field, especially early in the game.
I still want to see the Bears utilizing him in the redzone.
I said Jay and Silent Roy SHOWED up. I was happy with his performance. I'm not sure who you were throwing the Webb comment at but I said he showed up. I'd like Carimi at LT and keep Louis at RT myself.

Wow I was being sincere and if I'm looking at the computer or going to the fridge for another brew I missed the graphic. I was thanking you because it was the second time I posted the incorrect spelling. If I wanted to be considered the president of someone's fan club I should know how to correctly spell his name, no sarcasm intended thats not my thing.
Every year I pick a college player and gush over him until draft time. Last year it was Nick Fairly. The year before that it was Suh and I wouldn't dare try to spell his whole name even though I've seen it numerous times.
I hope next year lou like a guy named Mike Smith so you don't get castrated....lol....unless it's spelled Smyth, then you're screwed...lol

Great show by Jay and Devin for sure... D did their job well. The Coaching wasn't even bad.
We will have our hands full w/ TB. They are as Jeckyl/Hyde as they come. One week, world beaters, the next garbage.
Hopefully they'll be a steaming pile next week!!!

Great game and it seems like we're at that corner now, I just hope we can turn it.
Defense played well and was able to get pressure. Paea, if giving more opportunity, can be a force to be reckoned with. Peppers played awesome with 2 sacks. Conte and Wright played better than we expected, especially since we all expected them to suck ass!
Jay and Silent Roy showed up tonight. Knox was quiet and I think his exit is coming up pretty quickly on the Bear Expressway. Sanzenbacher makes 1 or 2 big catches a game, but then makes a drop. Tonight drop wasn't huge, but in a close game, it could have killed us. He'll get better.
The OLine protected Jay all night even with 8 in the box. Louis and Spencer are solid, but I'd think Louis get bumped to guard and Spencer gets the bench once Big Gabe comes back. I like the idea of Webb getting benched, but he was solid tonight as well. Chris Williams was good toight and showed great footwork when he had to pull and threw key open field blocks on a couple of Forte's runs.
Forte was a beast again and the bill keeps rising every week. BArber had a couple nice runs and MAD PROPS FOR NOT ATTEMPING A FLIP on his TD.
DEVIN HESTER!!! do this every week and shut us up about your WR skills. You are already the greatest return man to ever touch a football.
Hopefully the momentum doesn't die with this long trip across the pond to visit Daventry and flea, and we can go into the bye week at 4-3!!!!

I'd like to see Mario Addison get a chance to start. He was in the backfield nearly every play this preseason, and he's athletic as hell.
I agree. I like Nick Reid's motor, but his size is definitly lacking. He has a Ferrari engine in a Nissan Sentra.

As a Bengals fan let me say that if I were a season ticket holder and my team decides to play a game in Toronto or London, whatever have you, I would be furious. Only 8 games a year at home and they are too worried about internationalizing the game. There is clearly a following but make those people come here to see the teams! We all saw how well NFL Europe worked out.
Well as a Bengals fan and being new to the board (Welcome BTW) you wouldn't know that flea and daventry are in Europe. So a chance to see their team is a treat and we treat is s such. Me, I'm in Turkey, so making the game wasn't in the cards (or the drawing for the tickets), but if I had the chance I would go in a second. I wouldn't care if I saw the game among a bunch of tea sipping, crumpet eaters because I'd be there supporting my team.

After what we saw Monday night this is fine by me. I don't expect any improvement in performance but at least the message is the right one.
B&B said that they are doing the right thing by making the heads role, but they replacement heads suck too...
Me, I'll give Conte a chance since Steltz blows!!!! But even if he turns out to be Fencik-esque, JA still blows goats.
