Yup, and with what Pace said about character, I highly doubt we take him.

 

I of course have no problem taking Shelton. I would prefer an OLB at this point, but wouldn't be surprised if the staff has identified 2 guys already on the roster or in FA that they would like. Or I suppose they could go with a guy like Eli Harold, Benadrick McKinney, or Owamagbe Odighizuwa in the 2nd.

I would lean that way too. I think once FA gets underway and the Bears make some moves we'll have a better idea where they will draft. I still think it would be a waste for Shelton, but that's me.

It seems everyone still has us taking Shelton. I'm hoping Gregory falls to us and we take him.
