Trestman was conducting a social experiment and it failed miserably. Trestman messed with the captain set up and the locker room set up. The locker room is known to be the players domain. I bet Trest would change how we would do things if he got the chance. I do not see him getting another chance. Report

Ironically and according to some of the comments on this article, this 'social experiment' is something that John Harbaugh has been doing with some success in Baltimore. So it would go to reason that Trestman ended up there. Report

So it would go to reason that Trestman ended up there. John Harbaugh is in a different world than Mark Trestman. I dont know him but he looks like a guys guy, natural leader. Trestman looks the exact opposite. From what one Bear said his meeting would lose guys because they didnt understand what he was talking about, maybe too smart for his own good. Harbaugh had a strong locker room to help buy in. Ray Lewis ran the show. It helps when a HC is trying to set the culture of the team. ' Trestman was hired and most of the players still wanted Lovie, he didnt win any guys by the way 54 was treated. There were decisions made by Emery and Trestman that set this train on a course of destruction. Report
