Mock Draft Roll-up

Featured Replies

Using only the mock drafts that were updated in the last month from the Walter Football Mock Draft Database (94 mocks), here is the summary of picks:

1. J. Allen, 37.2% (seems like most realistic pick)

2. M. Trubisky, 20.2% (which QB will we pick if all 3 are available?)

3. D. Kizer, 19.2%

4. D. Watson, 10.6%

5. J. Adams 6.4% (only logical Safety pick at #3 now)

6. M. Hooker, 3.2% (with recent surgeries, probably no longer in play)

7. M. Garrett, 1.1% (doubt he gets to us)

8. S. Thomas, 1.1% (no value at #3)

9. C. Davis, 1.1% (I highly doubt we go WR at #3)

1. QB, 50%

2. DL, 39.4%

3. DB, 9.6%

4. WR, 1.0%

92.6% of mocks have Garrett going #1 and only 1 draft has him getting to #3.

48.9% have Trubisky going #2, Kizer 16%, Watson 12.8%, and Allen 11.7%

52.2% of mocks have Trubisky going in top 2.

Allen will be a stud player and also make the other parts of the line better. With an improved pass rush, our DBs end up looking better. With teams concentrating on him more, our edge rushers look better.

I prefer Adams by preference of making the backend of the D better but Allen is way acceptably. If they deem one of these QBs a franchise type then I would have no problem with a QB taken. The least risky pick has to be Allen.

I'm glad the Watson hype is seemingly slowing down. The more i read up and watch him, the less I'm interested in him.

I'm not excited about any of the top 3 guys really. Give me Mahomes, Kelly, Webb, or the QB from Colorado a little later in the draft. Let them sit a year behind a guy like Hoyer or maybe even Romo.

Still a big fan of Watson as the first round pick. BUT two names that may need to be watched are TEs OJ Howard from Bama and David Njoku of Miami. Both are rising on draft boards. Remember it wasn't all that long ago our team picked a TE in the first round. Dude goes by the name of Greg Olsen.

Neither will be top 10

Neither will be top 10

Wouldn't need to if we trade back.

Edit: and I should say that I wasn't necessarily advocating that the Bears pick them, just to take note.
