That and how many hires (gm/coaching) have they fired early by going the cheap route. Eventually they have to realize they are losing more than money

Sign of changes have shown up in this last year. We fired a coach in mid season,. never happened before. We paid a big contract to the best canidate available for 2025, I cant remember us every doing that. For some reason our coaches and GMs have always been on different timelines. Not healthy. They just resigned the GM to align with BJ.

Having a GM-HC and top QB prospect aligned in the sametime is a great look for a bright future. I think we are looking at (A Perfect Storm) scenario. It is not a perfect roster, I think the coaches are the best we have ever had run our team. 

I THINK ITS HAPPENING THIS YEAR , A Winning record, playoff run, and lots of great offensive stats that breaks Bears records.
