And, of course, the Bears can't finish the knockout punch with a touchdown. Settling for another FG. Ben Johnson goes to Swift way too much. If he had Monangai in instead, they more than likely pick up that first down on the play before the 3rd down mess.

If Caleb is a little more accurate, especially on the move lately, and the receivers can cut down on the drops, this offense is probably the #1 offense in the league.

They don't even feel like a top 5 offense right now, but they are.

Yeah, this is the basis of my optimism that Caleb wont just be good but GREAT. Mediocre QBs are mediocre. Caleb is great on a lot of plays, and makes mistakes on others. Learning to eliminate mistakes is a lot easier than learning to be great.

The numbers say we are pretty good - the eyes say we arent that good. That means there is tons of room for improvement, and that means exceptional is within our grasp.

Maybe says more about the NFL overall this year?  No one really seems to be lighting it up this year…save Detroit.   Which wasn’t supposed to be the case with Johnson leaving.

How many INTs would this team have if they didn't hit each other? At least 3 more.

Also, Jarrett held like crazy by the center, and still got pressure. How do they not call a hold when the center is behind Jarrett with his arms around his waist?

The Bears Special Teams is soooo bad still. On the 2nd to last punt, Duvernay was tackled by 7 defenders lol, with one Bear near him. What are the other 9 guys doing?

truth

Brisker injures himself and Stevenson on what should have been another interception. Didn't look good for Stevenson either. freak! Just when they were about to get healthy in the secondary.

OK, 4th quarter. Run the ball, eat clock. No 4th quarter heroics from the Vikings allowed please.

We dont need a Caleb comeback, we need to close this out.

Way too much pressure on first down, and then no one open. What are these routes?

no protection for Caleb today. Ugh.

What is going on with this instant pressure. Jackson got beat immediately. Two sacks, terrible.

Lol, Bears are totally losing this game now. Offense shits the bed and now the special teams gift wraps them a touchdown opportunity.

and just like that the Special Teams sucks balls. Just kick the ball out of bounds Taylor, wtf.

That is what is wrong with BJ.  Run it, kill the clock.  Now we are giving up points

Stevenson is out too. Uh oh.

Now they will run 8 straight times for an easy TD.

2 runs, I was wrong.

totally agree. I guess the defense was stacking against the run and Caleb canned it to get to other plays. Vikings Defensive game plan is excellent today.

A good ST coach could have called that. We need one.

Wasn’t the oline ranked top 5-10 recently?

They are bringing an extra guy, sometimes 2.

by PFF lol it's not what Ive seen on passing downs - but they have been playing well in the run game.

The narratives take on a life of their own, and they dont always stay aligned with reality!

Terrible last drive by Caleb. Not helped by play calling, but you can’t do what he did on 3rd down. Put us too far behind the ball for the punting team. Dumb play with the points we had on the board. Cannot give them a small field. This next drive is critical.
