Our three rookies, Loveland, Burden, and Monangai, contributed big time even after having to wait a few games to get significant reps/targets. If all three avoid the sophomore slump and continue to progress, we struck gold in the draft.

Hopefully next year we are saying even nicer things about this past year's draft and also talking nicely about ascending players from the '26 draft - especially on the defensive side. But hopefully Trapillo and Shemar become names we talk about even more (and positively) in '26 while Loveland and Burden continue to shine.  Monagai I think is what he is (and that is a good thing) but his ceiling is more limited.

Drafts are a process, some develop quickly and others take 2 to 3 yrs. If we go by this years standard, our coaches can develop players. I think Newman, Turner, even Hyppolite can become starters. The DB is the only one that has a big question mark. Zak Fraiser

It will end up being one of our best drafts of all time.
