Bears 27-13

Forte 21 carries, 113 yards, 2 TD's

Cam Newton...Julius Peppers. Glad I could introduce you.

Fixed

Bears 24 - Panthers 17

Closer than we think, because the Bears will be up, the Panthers will be forced to throw, and the DL will not get to Newton fast enough to stop him from scrambling around and finding receivers who will get open if given any mistakes or time (read: Smith).

The Line will get it done this week and this will be the corner they turn to get better the rest of the way. Bears will move to 2-2 after a rough 1st Quater of the season.

20-13 Bears. I'll go out on a limb and say we run 25 times and the D will get its turnovers. If not, Martz is replaced at bye...

Anybody know how an out of towner without an NFL package could see this game? Is their any site that streams it?

The Bears defense looks old and slow. What happened to our run defense? My god. We caught a break there because that was a TD if Lafell didn't slip.

Been hearing good things about this Newton kid. Early on, he looks pretty legit. We'll see how he looks as the game wears on and the Bear's D starts to give pressure.

Looks like the season will work out exactly as everyone hoped.

The Bears will run on a shitty Carolina Defense and everyone will say, "SEE?! I KNEW THEY COULD DO IT!!"

I'm happy to see the start, but this is to be expected.

I don't like the QB draw play. Cutler has already been beat up this year. Why endanger him more when it's a near certainty that he'll take more hits this game?

I may of missed it but is Barber a go?

Yep. Barber already has two carries. First one was for about ten, and he plowed over the tackler.

Had he made it all those previous beatings would have been forgotten.... Amazing how a TD run can cure all ills.

I love DJ Moore. I knew when he was picked up he was a great selection. Dude is a ball player and should be in all the time. ALWAYS around the ball.

What was that about the Defense looking old? Old like '85 old??? Rivera remembers those days!!!

YEEHAW!!! Things are looking up fellas.

Says who? Maybe Cutler would have forgotten because of possible post-concussion syndrome, but there is no way the Bears fans would have forgotten.
