I think this is an interesting site because we all have different opinions. How boring would that be if we all agreed on everthing. As far as I go, I will jump in alot with just ramblings, sometimes just to batter, but have a lot of admiration for Lemonej for his will thought out responses. Others that put alot of thought into blogs are Mad L., and I hate to say it Jason, dont always agree with him, but he does hmework. In saying that , Others have insight and am glad this site is available. I usually jump in at the end of the season because of the I am a big draftnik, during the season I play a lot of FF leagues and dont have that much computer time to spend. I am a long standing Bear fan at the tender age of 59, I am a glass half full type but have to add realism to my responses. If we got everyone we wanted, we would win the super bowl every year, but that just doesnt happen. I dont want to forget, TT, he adds some strong comments. I just want to thank all the people I disagree with.

Stinger 226 thanks for the complement and for a fellow member of the 50+(52) club I understand where you are coming from. There are a lot of great posters here that have taught me how to post without taking things personally and I have to credit Jason and TT for straightening me out.I have read Jason's posts from another board and enjoyed them then. Like you stated we don't always agree with each other but that would be boring. I too consider myself an avid draft fan and base a lot of my opinion on watching anywhere from 3 to 5 different games every Sat during the fall and following the player rankings on a couple of sites regularly. When JA was here I made a point of trying to findout who the top prospects were in some of the smaller conferences that he had picks from.

 

BTW don't sell yourself short you post pretty well too!

I dont sell myself short, just know sometimes I jump without a lot of developed thought.

 

I freakin' love this site for pretty much the exact same reasons. There are so many passionate fans here. Many times, we have well thought out discussions and some amazing points are made. A few times, we lower ourselves (and I'm guilty of it more often than I'd like!) and make some knee jerk comments or responses....however, at the end of it, usually all's well that ends well!

HA!!! I thought right off the bat this was going to be a bitch fest posting. Especially considering recent disagreements. I'm glad it's not, however.

 

I hate boards where everyone rides each others' jocks. This board is great because there are tons of disagreements and debates. We can all agree to disagree eventually on most topics, including the coaches, GMs, players, and draft...even though everyone knows, deep down, LT is a much bigger need than WR.
