Burress would like to be a Bear

I for one am good with someone like Burress coming to Chicago. I think it evident in his last attempt at playing in NY wasn't as much to blame on him as much the circus that is known as the NY Jets. Burress would like to give it another go and probably could be had for cheap. And if it doesn't work out, and he signed low, the Bears could dump him after Jeffery is back.

And the idea of the team doing no-huddle sounds like a splendid idea. With as much as Jay is effective on the run, it would only highlight his skill set. That and since the team has been having issues getting plays on the field it could help in working out the kinks.

Wouldn't the Bears have to clear a roster spot for Burress?

I do like the more no huddle concept though.

Couldnt hurt, but doesnt really matter

Easy to do..they have 4 RB'S and 4 TE'S we really dont need Bell or Adams.

I don't see the Burress thing happening. I could see it if this were pre-season, but, I think our guys will do fine until Alshon gets back.

I love anything that give our O some advantage...

The no huddle is music to my ears. I've been calling for it since the season started. It's a good neutralizer to a defense that likes to disguise their coverages. The question I have is whether or not our line has the stamina to hold up in a much more up-tempo style, and if Gabe Carimi's knee will be able to stand it.

That's what I've been thinking. The no-huddle sounds good in theory, but in practice it could get Cutler killed. Unless of course it's a no-huddle that runs 90% of the time.
