We didn't really know what to expect but had positive vibes when we hired BJ. We had questions about LT, the running game and the pass rush. Will Caleb be better? At 10-4, I think it's fair to say we have one of the best offensive minds in the league. LT appears to have a prospect. The running game is clearly better than most expected. We still need more pass rush of which I think we will address in the draft. There won't be anymore big free agent signings and trading for a big salary, it won't fit our Cap. Booker seems to be coming around, hopefully a Dayo (not injured) can give us help because his contract doesn't allow us to get rid of next year. I think we will be drafting a DE, DT and S at the front on the draft, it's probably the only help we have coming.

With these injuries, the Packers are favored by 3 points, Vegas still doesn't believe.

We can only play the players the other team puts on the field. It's about wins and if we have an easier path, so be it.

The betting line has the Packers favored by 3 points. I think I'm making my bets now. -
I've been sleeping and waking up to comments. Odds of us ever having a perfect game is small but I'll take an not perfect win of 31-3 every day. A lot of people speak of being 10-4 , we haven't played a lot of good teams. I don't care. What I see week to week is we are capable of playing well against anyone. I hope we go 3-0 to finish the season but 1-2 or 2-1 would be okay as long as we beat the Packers and make the playoffs. We are starting to get healthy overall as a team as other people lose people. Poles found Wright, G-Johnson, D Jones, Joe Tryon-Shoyinka even played well today. The combo of BJ and Poles is starting to look Super Bowlish.

We lead the league in missed games for players in the league. So we can only play the team in front of us. We have played games with 6 starters out on defense and no one said they wish we were healthy. Caleb had a good game , We ran the ball well, and TOs. BJ said we will be playing our best ball in December. Sure Cleveland isn't a good team but their defense is third in the league with the top pass rusher and it didn't slow us down. -
Sure but we don’t have everyone available either. We’ve learned to beat a lot of teams with our backups and we went down to the last seconds with a depleted roster against the Packers. Nobody ever gives the Bears any props for playing with backups. Bear Down. Beat the Packers!

He was very accurate today in tough conditions against an elite defense. If not for a few drops he has an even better game. Also had some nice connections to DJ (albeit I don’t want him making that one throw that worked out very often - but what a dot and catch). Luther, Kmet each had a drop on very accurate balls and than Monagai had 2 on screen plays - one of which looked like it would have been a massive play. One thing Caleb was doing a bit too much of was dropping too far out of the pocket due to pressure. Bad habit that I hadn’t seen a lot of but it could have been with lead he was trying not to make a mistake. Overall thought he played solid. Defense was stout - pass rush still not good enough.

I really hope Watson is out for at least this week. They are a different offense with him out there. Either way, the Bears have to win this game. The Parsons loss is significant. The Packers might still be psychologically affected by it with the short turn around on Saturday. The Bears need to come out hot in that first half and put that doubt back in their heads. Winning 2 out of the next 3 will clinch the division. Time to put up or shut up. -
And I thought it was an MCL that gave way.
-
It looked more like a hyperextension to me. We'll see. I wish him the best.
-
Damn, ACL is not good. 9 month time table. Hate to see great players go down but when its a packer, and one they gave a haul for, it's a little bit okay.
-
Great game to be at. The Bears came out hot and it ignited the crowd. Icing on top seeing our North rivals go down. The momentum Saturday is ours and we can take this division and never give it back. Caleb, Monongai, Odunze, Burden, Loveland is a core of young guys getting their first taste of blood and they wont forget.
-
DET and GB both lose! Parsons looks like he tore his ACL, and who knows about Watson. Catastrophic news for the Packers, but the Bears have to capitalize on Saturday night. No excuses!
-
What a Day for Bear Fans! Chicago Shines. Green Bay and Detroit lose. Nothing could be sweeter.
-
Bears win, Lions lose, Packers lose. Good day to be a Bears fan. Bears 10-4 Packers 9-4-1 Lions 8-6
-
Broncos up 8 with the ball. Rams up 7 with the ball. Would be two huge game outcomes for the Bears.
-
I may have spoken too soon! Rams look like they're about to put the game away. DEN/GB still too close for comfort at the moment, but Broncos are in scoring territory up 1 in the 4th.

PART DEUX in our house. Biggest game since 2018. Looks like Parsons may have torn is ACL, tough break for GB, but that significantly changes this game. DEN just put up 34 on GBs defense and the Bears scored 21 (would've been 24) last week with Parsons in all game. So the Bears should be projected to score 27 or 28. They may have lost Watson too, but that is too soon to know. He has 5 TDs in the last 5 games and had scored 2 against the Bears. That would be another huge loss.
