The past two days have brought some pretty big Madden 2010 news. http://www.virtualsportsnetwork.com/2009/0...lease-date-set/ First of all, the Madden 2010 site launched and a release date of Friday, August 14th. Looks like it's going to be a big 3-day weekend for a bunch of people. The launch site for Madden 2010 is releasing 2 players each week over the course of 5 weeks as "candidates" for the Madden 2010. The first two people they showed were Ed Reed & Adrian Peterson. Anthony Stevenson (twitter.com/eanthony) said that the next 2 candidates are from the NFC East and AFC North. My guess was Brandon Jacobs and James Harrison. Definitely looking forward to…

Bought a HD TV little over a year ago and never got around to subscribing to HD programming and buying proper cables for it. I know, waste of time, but hey, I procratinate all the time. If I had only knew what I was missing I would have been a bit more proactive. The technician just finished the job, got Dish network HD package including NFL Network, ESPN channels, and Big 10 channels (along with many others) all in HD. Watching the replay of the Bears Cleveland game as I type. What a difference. I swear I can see every blade of grass on the field, LOL.

Obama outscores McCain in veterans’ group’s report card By Roxana Tiron Posted: 10/07/08 Barack Obama outscored his Republican rival, Vietnam veteran John McCain, in a report card issued by an influential, nonpartisan veterans’ group. The Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA’s) Action Fund gave the Arizona senator a “D” as part of its congressional report card. Obama received a “B” from the group. McCain is among three senators who scored a “D.” Only one senator, Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), received an “F.” McCain — a former Navy officer and prisoner of war — and Obama, who has not served, have made military and veterans’ issues central t…

A Canadian comedy duo called The Masked Avengers from CKOI 96.9 FM in Montreal, Quebec pranked Sarah Palin, convincing her (and her team) they were receiving a call from French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Dan Quayle wasn't even this gullible!

Okay well I have a myspace, and I'm tired of having this same Hester one up here since 2006. So, if you guys can go here, then type in any name, scroll to "request design", then request a Forte layout. Switch it up occasionally- don't type in the same manner as you usually do: sometimes use all caps, sometimes type normal, and sometimes with all lower case with a bunch of !!!!!!!!!!!'s. Thanks for your help! 1 a day if you can sneak it in would be nice.

http://sipseystreetirregulars.blogspot.com...nian-style.html Saturday, December 13, 2008 Hell’s Angels — Lithuanian Style My thanks to "thedweeze" for forwarding this story by Michael Yon, our 21st Century Ernie Pyle who has already tempted fate a hundred times just like Ernie, always too far forward for his own good. Here, http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/on-the-front-...tan-part-two/2/, in the second part of a series on Afghanistan, Yon describes the Lithuanian Special Forces: Hell’s Angels — Lithuanian Style U.S. and Afghan soldiers in Zabul Province give high marks to the Lithuanian Special Forces, who like to ride these captured Taliban motorbikes to …
