Since week 1 Cutler is 66-93 for 624 yards 8td's(1rush) I INT for a QB rating of 109.7 and comp pct of 70.9%. Its amazing how much the media was bashing him after the GB game and now all of sudden there tone is completely different lol.

Alright I have seen several places that indicate that the feat of Jay cutler having 3 straight games of 100 QB rating or better is a 1st for a Bears QB in 39 years. However in ever place that I have checked no where does it indicate who did it. I know in 1970 was the merger. Am I assuming right that he just became the 1st Bears QB to do it period since the AFL-NFL merger??? Also who was the last QB to have done this in 4 straight games. Any stats would be greatly appreciated.

I remember when Tillman was "excused" from practices, and all that was reported was he had family issues. I think it later came out there was something going on w/ his daughter, but I personally do not recall ever reading the story. As a father, w/ a young daughter, reading this story really hit home. I seriously can not even imagine, and don't want to, what it had to be like. http://sports.espn.go.com/chicago/columns/...&id=4603424

If anybody has watched GB, I think we can sympathize with their o line woes. Rodgers has been sacked more than twice as many times as Cutler yet GBs offense is ranked 11th while we're at 21. Rodgers is enjoying another great year stats wise Why? Because the guys in GB knopw how to maximize the talent they have. They are making that offense go by playing to the strengths of their players. What are we doing? Trying to make all our guys fit into Turners little box. Look, we can't fire our o line and we can't kill them but we can start using our other personnel better. Instead of having Cutler move around in a closing pocket, MOVE the damn thing. Let him roll out and thro…

Will Tommie H. play tonight,or is he out because of what he did? If he is playing i wonder if he will go out with something to prove. I HOPE he comes out with some fire,it might just happen. With everybody seeing what he did on tv and his decline in play and many wanting to get rid of him,he might play his ass off. Plus what Vernon Davis said. It will be interesting.

The wind has completely been taken out of my sails... I'm sure it'll pass, but this loss is one of the most wrenching ones I can ever recall. It just served as a harbringer of "no hope/no future". The Bears destroyed themselves. Bad teams always figure out ways to lose. At least there, we're good at something. We're great at losing. I saw no bright spots. Yeah, the D played good against another horrid O. But everything is sour. Only Briggs played with true passion. He was livid out there. I am mentally planning for the next few years to enjoy the kicking greatness that is Robbie Gould, and watching Lance Briggs tackle. Other than that, I …

Harris: We owe it to Lovie to play better Posted by Michael David Smith on November 16, 2009 6:53 PM ET Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris says he and his teammates need to get to the playoffs not just for themselves, but for coach Lovie Smith -- who, according to Harris, has been so good to the players that they must repay him by playing well. "We owe it to him," Harris said Monday. "That guy has been great to us from training camps to what he's done with the facilities. Different things that you see other coaches really don't care about, but this guy has come in and helped us out tremendously, and we owe it back to him." It's a little surprising that Ha…

This was mentioned last night on Bears Blitz on Comcast after the game by John 'Moon' Mullins. He said that Cutler goes directly to Turner and basically ignores Hamilton. If this is true, I have several questions: - Why has Turner or Lovie not addressed this with Cutler? This disrespect should not be allowed to happen. - Why have Turner or Hamilton on the staff if they are not going to coach their players? - Why did it take this long for the media to point this out? - WTF is going on at Halas Hall? Peace

Chicago Bears football practice was delayed nearly two hours today after a player reported finding an unknown white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Lovie Smith immediately suspended practice and called the police and federal investigators. After a complete analysis, FBI forensic experts determined that the white substance unknown to players was the GOAL LINE. Practice resumed after special agents decided the team was unlikely to encounter the substance again this season.
