Did the staff not feel Rex could utilize the 2 TEs as well, or did they not feel Olsen was ready last year. I know we did use 2 TE formations some last year, but nearly always, we ran out of that formation. It wasn't really part of our passing offense until this year. Steve Rosenbloom has kept his mouth shut since the bears seem to moving in great direction, Marrotti pulled this as well. Wonder if his thoughts are resign like Jayhole did or still stick his finger socket as soon as omething goes a little wrong. God i hate that guy.

I can not believe there was no flag on that play for late hit. To boot now we have Rex. The Season is in flux at this point. Lets Hope Rex can win it.

1. In the offseason, I think we'll let Clark walk, re-sign Rex (2 years, 4 million), let Booker walk, re-sign Lloyd (2 years, $6 million), and I think we'll release Hillenmeyer. 2. Then, I think we'll sign TJ Houshmandzadeh to a contract worth around $8 a year for 4 years. We need a #1 and I'm not sure who else we can cut or not re-sign other than Booker. I was watching NFL network this week Eisen and Charles both made snide remarks about Ortons season. Eisen when Schefter was giving him Props and bears Props, and last nite with Lombardi talking about Ortons Injury. T.D. also gave a smirk. I dont get it, The guy been playing lights out and NFL Netork never talks about it.

Okay, w/ all the negative criticism, I wanted to mention a few players I thought had a pretty good game. You know how I am a glass half full guy and can't stand all this pessimism Offense Forte - Lets start w/ the obvious. I thought this may have been his best game. Sure, he may have had others w/ better stats, but they were against cream puff defenses. Here, he faced an elite defense, and had a solid day rushing, and a great day receiving. Agreed 100%. I've talked about this myself. Urlacher is being used to fake blitz, then drop back into coverage. This looked great week one, but since then, I think teams have figured it out and the effect is negated. Worse, it takes urlacher out of position to do much of anything. IMHO we are a product of our own coaches! Head coach= good person but soft as a coach. DC,OC and some position coaches are the same. If you look at our games...how many times do you see Hester getting chewed out for a stupid play. Not just Hester but the whole team! I have watch a few games with the help of some of this very supportive board members and have seen no fire, no desire nothing. Well not everyone of the Bears are soft, Briggs, Forte, Payne to name a few and others are doing their jobs. I think it's clear that he has to go. To me, it seems almost as if he has lost the locker room, and that he's been way too soft on the players. Not only were our players getting tossed around like rag dolls today, they showed no emotion and no heart. I place that directly on the HC. It's obvious he hasn't been doing a good job and the D was more successful under Ron Rivera. Change is needed and I'm all for it. While I would fire Lovie and the whole coaching staff, I would keep Angelo for at least 2 more years. sucks donkey balls. I was extremely disappointed. The sound system was way, way too loud and it feels like a tomb inside. I like how the newer domed stadiums have windows (Indy, AZ, etc). I will say the concessions and facilities are much nicer that Soldier but that is probably true of any stadium. Peace
