IMHO, This is an organization run by a 90+ year old grandmother, who empowered the company CFO to make football decisions. Acting like this is a slam dunk to replace Lovie is not the case. The worse case scenario is he is brought back. We get another offensive coordinator or at minimum, Bates is let go as the sacrificial lamb. Tice is empowered for another year and we draft another small defensive specialist in the first round. 5.5 million is a lot of money for the family to let go. Especially when the owner likes Lovie.
