Best offseason in the NFL: THe Bears
Its amazing how much positive reaction the Bears got for such a slow offseason. I guess returning 22 starters to a division champ with 3 rookie head coaches in its division makes people have higher expectations.

I know its early: TV Schedule
Im still a little shocked from when I saw that we had 2 monday night games and a sunday night game. Thats pretty crazy. Weird matchups too. Arizona, St. Louis?

Clark looks to take his game to another level
Clark is good in the running game maybe they just should use him differenty in the passing game or maybe it was Orten overlooking him. I dont know how many times I saw him overthrow a wide out instead of checking down to the tight end. Clark has played well at times and was a reserve in the pro bowl, but seeing how guys like Gates can change an offense makes me expect more from the position.

Training Camp Preview: Offense
Im curious to see who performs better between Berrian and Bradley. I have a lot of confidence in both of them and think they both have a lot of potential. I also hope being third string doesnt destroy Kyle Ortens confidence. He looked awful at times but he did qb us to a lot of wins and led us to the playoffs. I hope he doesnt fizzle out and not salvage a career. I think he is a capable quarterback and could develop into starter material. I am a Rex believer and am confident he is a special quarterback. The energy of the team when he came on the field during the Atlanta game was amazing. Im looking forward to seeing these guys on the field this year.

Clark looks to take his game to another level
Im still shocked this wasnt addressed in the off season. I couldnt believe we traded down when there were still talented TEs on the board. I might be wrong but I think Lewis would of been available. Look at the impact Heath Miller had in Pittsburgh as a rookie. They play a similair offense to us and he made a huge impact.

I know what you mean. A productive te could do wonders for our offense, especially Grossman.

Jones and Benson give Bears solid 1-2 punch
Is anyone else real curious to see what Benson can do with some playing time. I was more then happy with what Jones did last year but he is aging and Benson is allegidly the future back of this offense. I was against drafting him before last year but I am feeling a lot more positive now. Especially when he has been going to all the work outs and practices. Im also, very, very excited to see Berrian and Bradley. I think that at least one of them is going to be an absolute superstar and be a probowler for years to come. We might have a great young offense in the works for years to come.

I hope he does something. I realize tight end isnt the most important thing in an offense but an effective one could completley revamp us. If Grossman had a sure handed dump off tight end it would take a lot of pressure off him. Fans have been calling for his head for a while and I have to assume this year will be his last chance.

Disgruntled Broncos receiver Lelie skips minicamp
At what cost would this come to us. Would he be moved for say a 3rd round draft pick. Im pretty sure the Broncos wouldnt be interested in Michael Haynes. If the price was right it would be ok except all it does is postpone the development of our young receivers, Bradley/Berrian/Currie. These guys need to be on the fieldf sometime to gain experinece. If we were talking about a bigger name higher profile receiver then maybe but Lelie is hardley that.

Disgruntled Broncos receiver Lelie skips minicamp
Its kind of a gamlbe on our receivers this year. Who knows what kind of year Moose is gonna have. I definately think we need Bradely and Berrian on the field as much as possible. If we go three wide and keep Clark off the field teams will be forced to keep a linebacker off the field due to our speed. That could really open up the run game too. If teams try to stack the line we have the wheels to go deep. Lelie has good speed and everything but Im not sure we need him. Where would we play him? Number 2? I think we are ok there for now. Im curious to see what these guys can do before we go after someone else.

Early preview pegs Bears as favorites
Thats true, but I still feel pretty good about our six divison games.

Predicitons for Bears wide outs?
I dont know about Moose. I know hell probably be happier with Rex in there but I dont think hes capable of those kinds of numbers in this offense. I am very excited to see what Bradley and Berrian are gonna do. I think those two are the future of this receiving corps.

Bears expecting intense competition at receiver
This year will be interesting to see which of all these young receivers will pan out. I definately think Mark Bradley will be no lower then 2 if not one the whole year. I also look for Berrian to have a breakout year. If the receivers can produce this offense will take off.

Early preview pegs Bears as favorites
I noticed they had a rediculously easy schedule last year when I was looking at it. They should feast on their division, I think theyre afc division is the east, Miami is gonna be tough this year, so will New England. I dont think there is much doubt they will at least win the division.
