That speaks volumes...

I will say this once again
Point well made. I would just love to give a win to Orton and Forte...those guys earned it.

Johnny McCain
Great post on the Ayers BS... I'm really surprised how many people are taking the "palling around with terrorist" BS seriously. This will be a much closer election than it should be.

This Republican Economy is KILLING me
Oh agreed! The buck needs to stop at the oval office... And I don't think McCain will alter things from the Bush agenda. Voting Rep is like an approval vote for the most part. I don't approve, and I want a different path. I'm not certain Obama will be great, but I'd like to give him a chance.

Both parties are to blame for our ecenomic crisis at the moment. Neither are really good to the public, both are embolden to too many special interest groups with their own hides to cover.

If I blame any single person I blame Lovie.
I tend to agree...

Corey Graham
Good call out on the LB's! Is it the scheme or the man? Because I can't see Urlacher doing anything in the past few games...

Problems begin in the trenches
I agree 100%. Is it me, or does Olin look like he's constantly getting blown up? Is he trying to do too much and help the G's out, or is he a shadow of his old self?

He should. He's the head coach. He can intervene at any time. It is Lovie's fault. If his players don't know the rules, the teacher should have taught them that.

It is somewhat of a catch 22 as you say. However, I think it's easier to defend a position of playing to win. I hate prevent,etc... I'd rather get burned blitzing than picked apart... Etc...

I have no issue with that. The buck stops at Lovie...

Besides the defense
Good reply...I think you're quite right.
-
Besides the defense
The blame is on the front 4. They generated very little pressure...thus giving Ryan even more time to pick apart an already depleted secondary. There's lots of should've could've's...but to me, the lack of any pressure on the line was it. The huge percentage of 3rd and long's converted by Atlanta aren't the O's or ST's fault. Granted, some better playcalling in the redzone would have helped drastically. Also, so would Harris not giving up on the play and tossing the fumble recovery away like a used napkin.

we Can't beat NFC South
Maybe this isn't that big of a deal. We seem to beat everything in sight but the NFC South. We will obviously now lose to NO despite how much we may be up by in the 4th. Let's hope that's it. And that we don't face to face any of them in the playoffs! How's that for Kool-aid?

One very positive note
Agreed. Credit to Orton and Forte both, who did just about everything that was needed of them despite some very odd calls by the OC. The loss falls on the D's shoulders yet again. Especially that limp line.

Bears @ Falcons 10-12
Dammit, me fears came true.

Bears @ Falcons 10-12
Agreed 100%. Brown is just manning up instead of pointing fingers.
-
Bears @ Falcons 10-12
Agreed. Among all the negatives, Orton really showed some serious grit. I commend him.

Noots' Notes Game 6: 22-20 Loss at Atlanta
Agreed. I think that's a generous C... They stopped the run, but nothing else.

I should have read your post before posting mine... You hit the nail on the head.

I may or may not disagree with you politically, but that's pretty harsh. That hurricane was not a good thing, not matter how it's spun. Real people lost real lives...that is not good under any circumstance.
