I would not give up on Mike Brown unless the medical staff feels it is a lost cause for him to return effectively &/or a huge cap hit savings could be realized to be used for other needs. I do not think we save anything, maybe lose $$$ by cutting him. I say we keep him and hope he can stay healthy for 16 games!

That is outstanding!! I remember before the season started there was speculation by the so-called experts that a player like Hester, after having a big year as a kick returner, sually never equals the acomplishment the next year because of adjustments of teams to him. Well, guess what, as usual, the experts are wrong!! He got only better!!

Yep, Turner is safe, let's hope we repair the holes in the "O" and he does better next year in his play calling and utilization of his players.

Every year there is a player or two that drops down further than expected. If this happens this year let's hope it is a player in a need position for the Bears.

We still need to bring in a QB, but Orton does deserve to get a fair evaluation in TC next year. This last year there was NO open competition for the #1 QB spot. I want to see every position competed for in TC & PreSeason.

As much as I would love to see us change OC, I have my doubts he will leave unless Turner himself resigns to take a position elsewhere in the NFL or College. I wasn't happy with some of the play calling. However, if the offense had been able to execute better (ie block pass rushers giving QB & WRs time to do their jobs, open holes for RBs) we probably would not be near as unhappy with Turner or the Offense in general. I will go as far as saying that despite all the injuries on D, if our OL had played up to the level it did in the past few years, we would be in the playoffs THIS YEAR.
