A win doesn't help us in the long run. More losses equal a better pick. This team is not going to the playoffs.
All this game showed was Hoyer is not in any way the answer for us. His check-down style was one of the main reasons we lost today.
Here's hoping for a top-3 pick.

You could get someone to trade for him in the offseason (hello, Miami and Adam Gase) because his contract is very team friendly after this year. The new team not have to worry about any large bonuses for him and could just move on if he doesn't work out.
If he hits the open market, then it's a whole different ball game.

You do not have to draft a QB at the top of the first round to get a good one. Brees (end 1st), Brady (6th), Romo (undrafted), Prescott (4th), Wilson (3rd) are current examples. They must, however, draft a QB somewhere in this draft.

Thanks for the correction. He didn't have a whole lot of action as a receiver.
Would you like the staff to try and correct the issue or should they just cut him now?

Finishing with 6-7 wins doesn't help us. We need to concentrate on identifying and developing talent. I am happy to see some of the younger players step up today.
