He couldn't stay on the field and needed to go. Peace

    Royal is being released. Peace
  3. Connorbear replied to jason's topic in Bearstalk
No issue with this signing. Relatively inexpensive and we can move on next year if needed. Peace
  4. I am good with this as long as they draft a QB in round 2 to 4. Peace
  5. Sign Hoyer as a bridge. Draft a QB in the first 3 rounds to develop. Peace
  6. Personally, I would tag him and try to at least get a second round pick for him. I would not just let him go. Peace
  7. Agreed 1000%. It is time to move on. Peace
  8. I meant to say I would not draft Kizer at 3. Thanks for catching.
  9. I would not sign Sam Acho to any contract and I would draft Kizer at 3. Otherwise, I am good with this Peace
  10. Watson in the late first round or early 2nd. Make a trade to make it happen. Peace

Cool article on a local product. Peace http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/footb...0209-story.html
  12. What about McGowan????? Peace
  13. Brady has 2 years left on his contract and is playing at the top of his game. Garrapalo is a FA after next season. Unless Brady is going to retire after this year, they have to do something with Garrapolo now or lose him for nothing at the end of next season. Peace
  14. The Packers have made the playoffs seven years in a row. I would kill for that type of success with the Bears. Our organization is a shit show compared to the Packers. Peace
  15. I would rather trade for Jimmy G than bring back Cutler. His time here needs to end. Peace

Jimmy G was drafted with the 62nd pick. They would be getting the 36th pick for him plus a 4th. That's a good deal for the Patriots. Peace
  17. You'd love him if he was our QB. Prescott, who played great for the most part, cost his team the game when he downed the ball with 48 seconds left. Peace
  18. I would sign him to a 1-day contract so he can retire a Bear. It was great to see him play great yesterday, but I think he is done. Peace
  19. This is awesome. Congratulations, Mr. Howard. I have to say he may have been the steal of the draft. Peace
  20. Connorbear replied to Stinger226's topic in Bearstalk
I believe the proposal was a 2nd and a 4th for Jimmy G. I would do that. Peace
  21. Can't hurt. They can always part ways if necessary. Peace

I'd take him right now over Marquis Wilson. Peace

I'm sure Pace scouted Jimmy G when he was in college and his scouts did as well. Pace needs to trust his scouts and his own thoughts on him. If they feel he is the guy, they should go get him. I wouldn't, however, give up the 3rd pick in the draft for him. I would be give them our 2nd round pick and a provision pick next year (based on Jimmy G's) performance. Peace
  24. This is a great opportunity for the coaching staff. Let's hope they take advantage of it. Peace

No way on Romo. He has been injured way to much and is over 35. Peace
