  1. Travis Homer from Seattle signed with Bears
  2. Maybe he goes to the Jets too. I am worried the Bears are taking 1 step forward but 2 steps back when trying to build around JF. Monty was at least a strong pass protector
  3. Montgomery gone 3 years at 6 million a year really not much. Poles must have a different thought.
  4. My guess is the Bears have Orlando Brown waiting to see if he can find a better offer. That is why it has been a quite day. He would not like being told he would start off as RT.
  5. No way the Bears are done. 50 mil is alot to drop yet. Some names that might be called today: Orlando Brown OT Donovan Smith OT - cowboys signed Kaleb McGary OT Greg Gaines DT Samson Ebukam DE Yannick Ngakoue DE Mike Gesicki TE
  6. I witnessed the Wooten hit on Favre that ended his career. One of my favorite games
  7. He is in play if the Bears move down. Arms are a hair short for what Poles likes but he did play Borum at RT with 33" arms. Skoronski is at 33" too. FA - Kaleb McGary only has 33" arms for being 6-7. ?
  8. Maybe it's from Eberflus, but it seems the Bears like to sign Titan players. Nice signing. He can play the edge and maybe slide inside occasionally on pass downs.
  9. I feel the only OT that would fit Poles would be Paris Johnson. Johnson and Dawand Jones are the only two with 36" long arms, but Johnson is much more mobile and extremely smart . I can see the Bears taking PJ at 9 if a bluechip DLineman doesn't fall.
  10. Hush.... he us now expected ro sign with Seahawks.
  11. That is where a premium top 10 draft pick needs to be spent. No LBs or RBs
  12. I hope he has a rabbit in his hat. I trust you on McGary but if not, bring us Brown
  13. He signed a massive deal... 5 year 87.5 mil - 50 guaranteed. Not bad regardless what trench warfare said.
  14. That is what it was all about when Poles traded Mack, Quinn, Smith and let other FAs walk. It was a hard year to watch but now it bears its fruit. If Carolina ends up #1 overall next year and we trade that pick, then the Bears have 2 more years with additional 1sts and it can continue if played right.
  15. That was why the trade down was so important. They needed that rd1 pick that could be a torch for many future years of early picks.
  16. I do PFF almost nightly, illness maybe. Since I noticed that, I skip players to get back in the range because I want to be realistic as I can. After the FA wave next week, we can start targeting players.
  17. The team is molding into it. Bring in Orlando Brown and a stud DT, then draft bpa and if RB is it, why not? I like the 2nd best RB, Gibbs from Alabama. Him as a late 2nd would be huge.
  18. Have you noticed the player rankings and where you drafted them. PFF needs to fix this because you are getting players rounds later than their slot.
  19. Draft simulators have updated with the trade. This World is gettin fast. If Wilson is there it would be a dream of mine. I suspect him going top 5.
  20. It is a tough spot. Offensive Tackles and WRs come to play. Breese/Lucas Van Ness at 3T and CBs that are not where you spend high on as a cover 2 D. At that point I might look for more trade down value.
  21. I'd take DJ Moore over a 2025 1st rd pick.
  22. The trade was made. Panthers are now on the clock Compensation update, per sources: Bears trading No. 1 overall pick to Carolina for: ?pick No. 9 ?pick No. 61 ?a first-round pick in 2024 ?a second-round pick in 2025 ?WR DJ Moore
  23. Not that you did anything wrong, but PFF site is bugged and not working right. Players ranked are not getting picked and available rounds later. Josh Downs 30 rnkd plyer - selected 43 AA ranked 40 -selected 44 Steve Avilla 41 - selected 54 Dalyan Henley 37 - selected 55 Ty Stevenson 45 - selected 64 Luke Wyper 46 - selected 66 And so on.
