James Anderson
Check out the video Thayer did on why the blitzes worked. Anderson was a major player in those and from all I seen he is excelling in this D. Definately a stronger prescence then Roach was last year.

The gray cloud in the silver lining
Briggs stated they gave up 21 in first game, and this one they gave up 13. Its a improvement. Plus the fact they won 2 games without url in middle. Whoda thunk it.?

Long and Mills
Watching the game highlights cuz I worked through the whole game, Inoticed the right side of the line was ravaging the Bengals. In every pass they showed on NFL network, Long handled atkins no problem and Mills was a beast with Malalugua . I think this tandem could be start of lots of time Cutler. Am I wrong?

Best progression I have ever seen

- Carimi to be cut?

http://www.suntimes.com/sports/football/be...lb-decicco.html Liked the kid, he was a good ST player, But if it makes the team better, hey go for it.- Webb trying to stay sober? This guy is a moron.
Just because others do it and have bad judgement does not mean its ok. I look at teams differently then you, that is obvious. Players are role models, There is no argueing that. As role models they are held to a higher standard then others. It seems to me that this generation of fools are smoking themselves out of jobs. Example... IBM, seimens, Peoplesoft, Any of the truly high paying jobs all piss test for any drug use. It staying in your system for 30 days or more can create problems for employment. Seimens does a hair follicle test which can detect THC for 5 years. It not a matter of weather it should be legal or not, Its what it represents and companies as well a the NFL will not adhere to laws, because it shows non discipline attitudes of the individual.- Hate this time of year..
Always have the Blackhawks to watch- Our new lime will be creative to say the least

Here we go !!!- The dust has settled
http://www.chicagobears.com/multimedia/vid...00-9b3cf5856645 Watch the last part of his dads interview, he said he woulda been gone before the 29th pick- Jon Bostic, LB, Florida, selected at #50
http://www.chicagobears.com/multimedia/vid...e4-c9215e298e98- ya know what,
Most lineman last 13-15 years in the league, 24 is not old, not even in football.- I guess Emery doesn't believe in BPA....
Reading everything on on all the sites, it seems that most scouts had Long at 26 best in this draft, he went 20 , not a reach anymore. his senior bowl was very good and what sold him on the Bears- Kyle Long, OG, Oregon selected at #20
