Who knows what really happened. Grossman could be using Smith as a scape goat for his actions. Sharper can be making stuff up. Who knows. I just really don't like it when QB's trash talk.

It was. He was trying to kill Brady, not tackle him. It is like if you are playing baseball and the kid who throws 40 mph comes in. You whiff because it is so slow and you try and kill it instead of making solid contact.

Are you seriously blamming the line? The line has been blocking as good as any other line latly. Grossman only got sacked once Sunday. The line was doing everything it could, considering that the Pats were sending anywhere for 5-7 guys on a blitz just about every play. I didn't recognize you with your new avy. It fits you well

I don't know, but that was the play of the game. If Urlacher stops him, he forces a 4th down, and Gostowski has been a streaky kicker all year.

Orton wasn't benched. He had a very good 1st 4 games, then he got injured, and didn't return until later in the season. I guess you can say it's just a hunch. I never liked his style of play, in college and the pros. But hey, I may very well be wrong. I thought Joe Crede sucked, and would never amount to anything big in the pros a couple years back

I've calmed down from last night, and I will be the first to admit, after watching replays, his decision making was okay, but his accuracy was pitiful. Especially the one in the redzone area to Clark. He had clark open for probably a touchdown, but threw it behind him. And why did the Bears constantly run that stupid double move route? That seemed like the only play they called on 3rd down was that, and it worked once I think. Rex, at best, will be a poor man's Brett Farve. I highly doubt he will be great, but good.

Um, that seems like I am calling for someone to step up, not for Griese to take over for Grossman, and bench Grossman. I hate it when people call Rex a bad QB. I hate it when people call Rex a good QB. Right now he is mediocre, has been making a lot of bad decisions, and has padded stats vs. teams like Greenbay, Detroit, and San Francisco. Does he still have potential to be a good QB? Sure he does. But the thing is, this team has the potential to win it all. I am not really sure I like risking that for the development of Rex. Saying that Rex Grossman led this team to a 9-2 record is like saying Kyle Orton led this team last year to a 9-4 record (?) before getting benched.

Brady led his team to a win. Grossman led his team to a loss. A bit of a difference there if you ask me.

He has now single-handedly lost the Bears 2 games now. And, if my knowledge is correct, he has the worst QB rating of any QB in the 4th quarter now. That is very disturbing. He has had what, 20 turnovers in the past 5 or 6 games? That is patethic. Grossman doesn't even have to be good, he just has to hang onto the ball, and not turn it over. Geez, if he played like he did against the Jets every week, this team would be undefeated still. NO TURNOVERS! I am calling it, it is time for a QB Controversy. Someone needs to step up. Whether it may be Grossman, Griese or Orton, someone needs to manage the game, not go for the home run every play and turn it over.

huh..... This game is all on Grossman. I don't know what to think anymore about Grossman. I am sickened by his performance tonight though. I saw a very disturbing stat, and Grossman has the second worse (probably worst now) passer rating of any QB in the 4th quarter. Defense got 5 turnovers! 5!!!!!! And Grossman could only get 13 points...

I am very disappointed in this pass rush. Besides Anderson, not has even sniffed Brady.
