Jones has played shitty this season... that 49ers game was the first time really he had a great game. I dont know how you can stick up for him so much. Not 2 mention he runs out of bounds all the time too.

Umm no they didnt, we are giving it to them. punt fumble, than threw it right to Taylor, and than almost gave it up again.

The salary cap is going to rise a bunch and we can afford to franchise Briggs at the very least.... I think he will be atleast franchised so im not worried about him not being here next season. Beyond that... I dont know.

At the very least, Dixie if you watched the Bears this season you know Benson is far more valuable on the goal line. TJ has been stuffed there a bunch this season and everytime Benson is there he makes it in. Get off the hatorade and take off the TJ love goggles.

Dixie... he isnt the starter so I dont know what your complaining about. But he is very talented RB and we are a better team when he gets carries. Every RB misses blocks especially when your out their sparingly.

Ill agree with Eli Manning at this point of his career he is overated for the amount of production he has had. Also Big Ben and Woodson prob deserve to be on the list as well. I havent heard much of Sapp at all really since going to Oakland so dont know how he is overated... and he was a beast in Tampa soooo.

I could see a win for the Colts might launch them ahead of the Bears but i very much doubt the Patriots could. No matter the case you cant put a team with a loss ahead of an undefeated team this late in the season. Plus we face them soon enough later where you could make the switch at that time if they beat us.

Im just pissed that we took a guy 4th overall and we have yet to really use him. And Thomas Jones has not been that good this season besides the game vs the 49ers to really suffice at RB. Also every RB misses blocks.. especially when their rusty. I remember TJ missing some blocks the 1st or 2nd game of the season.

The good thing about it is we should be able to dominate on offense... the Broncos offense has been anemic and look what they did...

Right now, and not because of the steroid allegations... but Shawne Merriman is the most overated. In his 2nd season in the NFL he was already drawing LT comparisons.

Ray Lewis is 3rd though... so this list is a bunch of crap. Also TO isnt over-rated he just isnt worth having because he is a cancer but he is a really good WR.....

Well the 3rd pre-season game is when the starters actually play a lot, so its a little different. Plus we couldnt show our gameplan to a team we would be facing later in the season either. And unlike the Cards we are at home and thats a huge difference.

Id want us to draft a TE, OL, and than just depth or guys that JA thinks have a lot of potential. Next season Mike Brown, McGowan, and Harris will all start the season healthy plus Todd Johnson is way back there on the depth chart just incase... so thats not really a worry. Even if we lose TJ, AP is a proven backup and I guess if we wanted to could draft a RB in the 7th but im sure there is some guy who has been cut this season or on a practice squad that would suffice. Also I dont neccesarily want us to draft a TE in the first round, OL to me seems like the top priority... even if none of the guys we draft actually start next season.

Todd Johnson is definitely starting against San Fran, but McGowan is back in practice as of today(monday) and I think should be ready to start against Miami. At the very least get a lot of playing time so he is ready to start vs the Giants. I dont mind Todd Johnson against the bad teams but we need better than him when we face the better teams. I just hope Chris Harris can heal up already.

Chris Harris' injury seems to be one that is going to bother him for most of the season from what Ive been reading so I dont know if he will be able to take his spot. But in my opinion, Todd Johnson would be fine starting the game vs the 49ers but after that Id want to see either McGowan or if he is healthy Chris Harris.

Whats the status on McGowan? Him and Chris Harris have to both be pretty close to being ready to play on sundays. Just no Todd Johnson please!!!

I think what messed up the offense the most was this was the first time we were actually behind by a TD to begin the game. And like everything went into panic mode especially when they scored the 2nd TD and our entire offense was just out of sync. Turner needs to know not to worry about being down 1 TD with our defense, keep attacking with the run and play our game. Also this was the first game I was kind of mad with the O-Line, they played pretty poorly.

Why not just franchise him?

Well Benson doesnt a lot of carries for the most part until we are already up big, while Smith is a starter and one of the best WR's in the league.

I think Bryant Johnson will surprise people, he is pretty talented and was drafted ahead of Boldin.

You cant expect a normal defense to, but it isnt unrealistic for arguably the best defense in the league to stop a mediocre offense 1 more time with 1:44 left on the clock. Like i said anyways... it doesnt really matter. If anything it will get them more fired up for next week against a possible dangerous offense.

Good god, if Monday night was Berman, TJ, and Da Coach I would have to watch on mute.... that would be just horrible. I like Kornheiser he is a funny guy... Theisman sucks but Tony K is awesome.
