Now all the Bears need is a rotational DT to replace Justin Jones and this roster is set.

Any idea what we gave up in trade? I wanted us to have a full slate of draft picks next year.
Next year's 4th, so a possible pick in the 120s for 144. Booker was a top 100 player, so there is value there.
-
A trade for an early 5th rounder. They got their guy who some expected to go at #122, at #144 so depending on the trade value, it seems like a great pick.
It cost next year's 4th. So assuming they are a fringe playoff team, that pick is in the 120s for 144.

Bears get Booker
-
-
Potentially the last pick for the Bears in this draft.
Will be an upgrade over Gill but seems like a luxury pick when you had your choice of Edge or Center.
-
However he will be an upgrade over Gill.
-
Hard to see the logic there when a punter plays only 5 to 6 plays a game.
I would've went with an Edge like Booker there.
-
Bears take Punter Tory Taylor from Iowa at pick 122.
-
Looks like the Bears will get their pick of an Edge or Center.

Where did you get your list? The three I look at had Mo Kamara rated higher than everyone but Dorlus. If he can trade back and get one of those centers and Kamara, I would be a happy camper.
I think that is possible if there is a trade partner.

Bears pick at 122, so 21 picks before the Bears last pick, unless they trade down. Here are the top rated according to NFL.com and PFF (bold players are rated higher than 122 and on both lists):

Dadrion Taylor-Demerson - S (#19 PFF)(#132 NFL)

Hinsdale native, top-30 visit, would've been long gone at 122.

so the DE from Utah that people were writing about is available, so is Van Pran and the OT from Yale that we brought in for a 30 visit. So Im happy Poles has those choices, now we will see what he does. Whatever it is, im with it.
you nailed it, OT from Yale
-
OT, Kiran Amegadjie is the pick
-
#74 - Edge, Bralen Trice goes to ATL
Bears on the clock
-
#73 - G, Cooper Beebe to DAL
Only ATL left before the Bears pick
-
#72 - LB, Trevin Wallace to CAR
2 picks left

Might he be available tomorrow?
He is ranked in between the Bears picks, will probably be gone by 122.
-
#71 - G, Isaiah Adams to ARZ
3 picks left, it seems like a trade down is possible with a lot of options on the board.
-
#68 - OT, Caedan Wallace to NE
#69 - LB, Junior Colson to LAC
#70 - CB, Andru Phillips goes to NYG
-
7 picks left, depending on how the board plays out, there is a chance Poles moves back 10 or so picks (if there is a trade partner). I assume people are going to want to scoop up Franklin or Wilson at WR soon.
Austin Booker, Edge, Kansas, selected with pick #144

Booker was a top 100 player, so getting him for next year's pick in the 120s is good value.
