September 3, 201411 yr comment_137117 What is this organization's infatuation with Kelvin Hayden? He has been an awful Bear. Far as I can figure they don't want to have to try and get someone up to speed. Probably means there aren't many other viable candidates for NB. Frey is back so if worse comes to worse he can elevate to that spot after they re-dump Heyden. My guess that occurs about week 6-8, whenever Wilson comes back. Report
September 3, 201411 yr comment_137118 I agree - I think Hayden pretty much sucks. Would rather have Frey. Peace Report

Peace I'm not sure how fair it is to say he sucks since he played decent in 2012 as the Nickle, led the NFL in fumble recovers and had one INT. 2013 he tore his hamstring at family night and missed the season. The minimum, we know we have a solid NB, with Fuller, Jennings, and Tillman he makes a nice vet that can fill in at any spot. Since he had little recent game tape, we were able to waive him until Wilson was eligible for IR. I'd still like to find room for Britton but like the depth at CB. Report
September 3, 201411 yr comment_137121 I'm a bit surprised they went after Hayden over Britton. Seems to indicate Hurst made the roster moreso for special teams play than CB play. Report

I think it also says how confident they are in Ola at the swing OT and Mulligan as the blocking TE. I just hope Mills foot doesn't become an issue. Report
