I believe he has earned the opportunity to compete for a starting position. We're a bad team and nothing should get handed to anyone. I like his chances to win that competition and it looks like long term he'll end up being a stud LB for us.

I think Bostic would make a decent WLB and Jones a SLB, just need to find the next great MLB. Shea can provide depth, I know guys want to cut him, but might as well ride his contract out unless some is willing to trade a late pick.

He's earned the chance to fight for the starting slot with whoever is the coach next season...

 

There should be no earning of any position barring Matt Forte, Kyle Long, Gould, Fuller, Bennett, Marshall, and Tillman if back.

 

Even Alshon can't play a game without false starting. He should be benched for the remainder of any series he pulls that dumb crap.

Sadly, I am a bit of a masochist and watched the last game until the final whistle....sigh.

 

I think Christian Jones has awesome potential and deserves to compete for a starting job; he was a beast out there yesterday.

 

And there was little else to cheer for.
