Well, I think it's something he did LAST YEAR although Fansided is phrasing it like it was done yesterday. I see no evidence of this being doen again this year at Over The Cap or Sportrac unless I'm missing something. I think it's a bust in Fansided's reporting. Report

Ya, fairly certain it's wrong. I'm positive Jays cap hit wasn't 21.5M before (Sportac has it at 16.5 now which it was before). Report
