Want to see a mock you're going to hate?

Featured Replies

They obviously just put random players in slots and then fill in the team later. This has to be one of the worst mock drafts I've seen in quite some time.

Was that posted on April 1st?

Honestly...I didn't think the positions they targeted were all that bad. We could argue whether the right players, etc.

I would not take the 3rd Defensive Lineman 3rd in the draft.

I'm not as high on Allen, but for a long time he was the 2nd overall talent on a lot of the big boards, so it isn't like him going at 3 is some reach. I personally was suspect given the rumors around our shoulders, but none of us know what is true vs. pure rumor as so much misinformation goes out.

Positions? No.

Players? Yuck.

Original:

1. Jonathan Allen, DE/DT, Alabama

2. Ahkello Witherspoon, CB, Colorado

3. Carlos Henderson, WR, Louisiana Tech

4. Adam Shaheen, TE, Ashland

4. Erik Magnuson, OT, Michigan

5. C.J. Beathard, QB, Iowa

The number of players at those positions could have provided a much more favorable draft than the one above. For instance, this draft would get me excited.

1. Deshaun Watson, QB, Clemson

2. Zay Jones, WR, East Carolina

3. Jordan Leggett, TE, Clemson

4. Daeshon Hall, DE, Texas A&M

4. Rasul Douglas, CB, West Virginia

5. Conor McDermott, OT, UCLA

I'd also like this one a lot more than their mock.

1. Jonathan Allen, DE/DT, Alabama

2. Evan Engram, TE, Ole Miss

3. Nathan Peterman, QB, Pittsburgh

4. K.D. Cannon, WR, Baylor

4. Rasul Douglas, CB, West Virginia

5. Chad Wheeler, OT, USC

I guess the point I'm making is, their picks are horrible.
