You do the up and in or the go, all based on what the defense gives you. Report

August 7, 20196 yr Author comment_175428 It is different but he's so quick he actually freezes the defender and gets inside him. Once you have the DB sitting back thinking you'll turn back into him, set that up for a few plays, then you add on a double move and go upfield. He'll be wide open up the sideline. Report

And if you can draw him in and you’re able to move out faster than he... badda boom. Report
August 7, 20196 yr comment_175437 setting down his plant foot is allowing him to change direction quickly, thats why hes rotating inside. What you dont see because the lens is forshortening the shot is that he isnt just moving left and right, but after the change of direction he is coming back to the ball and thats the separation he is gaining from the defender. This isn't an out, it's a comeback. Report
