David Montgomery Injured Groin

Featured Replies

I saw a video of the injury occurring.  His left leg slipped while he was cutting.  He looked to be in significant pain.  I hope it's not torn.

Yeah, I would be shocked if it wasn't torn. That would be a lot of pain for a pull or strain.

Next man up.  Opps

Thats Cohen.  Time to check the free agents I guess or maybe the rookie is ready?  Kinda doubt

2-4 weeks is definitely better than what some had thought.  That said - still a bummer given how crisp and quick he was supposedly looking in practice. Hopefully this ends up being on the shorter end of the recovery and he comes back healthy and hasn't lost that burst he picked up.

I definitely don't want him back until he is 100 percent.

Groins are tricky, no pun intended, I would rather go the longer recovery route than to have him come back and reinjure it and be out again. Hopefully they will exercise extreme caution on this.
