As I don’t see any team hiring him to work wit their QBs especially not young QBs that need to be developed. Either way, to go from HC to a position coach is quite a step down. Brian Flores ended up as a ‘senior defensive exec / LB coach’ with Pittsburgh after leaving Miami. I think this is the natural progression of things. Rarely do coaches go from one HC to another HC gig. Lovie went to TB as their HC after being out of the league for two years then after leaving there following 2015 ended up as the Texans HC 7 years later.
