I think of all the things that are uncertain, a new OC (at the least) is a certainty.

Bears only send 4 and then the secondary doesn't account for their best WR.

they are challenging our ability to get the ball out fast. Thats Fields, but its also the routes and receivers getting open etc.

What absolutely sucks is the defense gets all those takeaways and they mean nothing if they can't stop them here.

yeah and he isnt a top tier QB either. Fields isnt the only one that isnt a top 5 QB I agree.

Fields' main weakness is getting the ball out faster. He is doing much better at it the past two weeks. I want to see him eliminate those wasted moments and be great.

I dont understand making excuses for him - dont we all want him to be great? that means improvement. We can disagree on whether he will achieve that, and disagree on whether to bet big on it, but it's what we all want right? So wouldnt we all want him to stop patting the ball?
