For all we know JasΓ³n is enjoying life on a beach in the Caribbean. He might have better things to watch.

The Bears are 8-1 in their last 9 weeks.

I never would've thought that the Bears had a chance to be in a tie for the NFC with a win in this game, but here we are. I don't think they will win, probably a 7-10 pt loss, but I don't think they will get blown out. My first thought is something like 27-20 or 27-17, but if they get some players back from injury, the defense may look a lot different, and it will need to be against Barkley and PHI's offense. PHI has lost to NYG, and one score wins against MIN, GB, and DET in the last 6 weeks, so anything is possible. It will probably come down to turnovers and penalties. Since it is in PHI, they will have the edge with the officials for sure.

Still on track, 6 games left, 3-3 makes you an 11-win team and pretty much guarantees you a playoff spot. 13 @ Philadelphia Eagles - LOSS (8-4) (I am hoping they have a long hard game in DAL today with the short week). 14 @ Green Bay Packers - TOSS UP (barely beat the Giants with Winston at QB) 15 Cleveland Browns - WIN 16 Green Bay Packers - TOSS UP 17 @ San Francisco 49ers - TOSS UP (just make McCaffrey a non-factor, make someone else beat you) 18 Detroit Lions - TOSS UP (barely beat the Giants with Winston at QB)

In the GB - MIN game, these were the stats for the starting QBs: Love 14-21, 139 yds, 1 sacks McCarthy 12-19, 87 yds, 0 TD, 2 INT, 5 sacks Combined 26-40, 226 yds, 0 TD, 2 INT, 6 sacks. I think most want perfection and it's just not there yet, buf if Caleb had a game like either of these guys, then I would have some concerns. Not when he puts up over 250 yards and 3 TDs in a win.

Pretending I didn't keep tabs on the game and a buddy called me to recap. If anyone would have told me we lost the TOP, plays, yardage and penalty stats, I would say we lost. If they also told me, we didn't win the turnover battle and our opponent scored a defensive touchdown, I would say we got beat by double digits. Instead we beat our first team with a winning record. And y'all know the injury list. Great win, Jason! Not your Lovie Bears...
-
I donβt really know the answer but I donβt recall many games where Lovies offense scored 31 pts.
-
We had no business winning that game. There were players on the field who Iβve never heard of in a bears uniform. Very impressed by this coaching staff. i also like the fact I never heard Ozzy name alll game.

1. Didnβt watch. 2. Was Caleb inaccurate again on simple passes? 3. Who all had drops? 4. Winning like this is not normally a sustainable plan. But is it just good enough? Or are the Bears getting breaks? It seems the breaks are even, if not against the Bears slightly. So, is it actually sustainable this year? Are the Bears actually better than we realize considering the injuries, officiating imbalance, and self-inflicted mistakes? 5. This feels like the Lovie era. This team will win just enough to threaten or make the playoffs, get thumped, and have a draft pick in the teens. Unless you hit a home run on that teen draft pick, itβs a sure fire recipe for perpetual 10-7 or 9-8 seasons with the same ending.

Jackson had 15 tackles, Ogbongbemiga had 14. That's wild. Bears score 31 and the offense didn't have a clean game. Swift was 8-15 rushing with a fumble lost.

Blitzing works, shocking!
-
They literally are blitzing every gap and the Bears run into it.
-
It looks like he was giving himself a chance, but one first down and it's over.
-
He still has a lot to work on.
