I havent been on here much during the season, am caught up i FF and Draftkings betting. Instead of going through all these threads to catch up, will just share my thoughts here. The Bears are just bad, all the optimist of last year and the offseason has took a nosedive. They still could make the playoffs if they win out, but odds are that are slim to none. Trestman has lost his team and the great offensive mind is coaching scared. Cutler is just a turnover prone QB with a great arm and questionable decisions. I've been reading some good things about Al Louis-Jean and got curious about his background. I don't typically follow our UDFA signings as they rarely end up contributing but he appears to be on track to doing just that. (Christian Jones too). I figured I'd post some of the links I came across here in case others were interested. He's 6' 1", 190lbs and ran a 4.52 forty. Is he our starting center next year? Groy filled in decently for Ola last week once he got the first series jitters out of the way. Looking at his background and knowing he played FB at one point for Wisconsin which means he has to have some athleticism. Garza just doesn't move his feet as well as he used to and I think we need to address the center position this offseason. Taylor Boggs hasn't cracked the lineup and with all the injuries we've had there were plenty of opportunities to do so. Where literally the entire board agreed on something? When it came to other coaches / players / personnel moves, we always have a healthy debate. I think this is the only time in the history of the site, I can remember everyone being 1000% on board with a move. The way I see it...if we are all on board, than maybe, just maybe, Bears ownership would be too. PS: I'm an optimist, so no matter how bad the situation for our franchise, I figure you got to find a way to somehow see humor in this mess! He completely over-paid for citlers contract when he could have used the franchise tag ( which has been brought up numerous times). Not that he's probably in consideration but seeing Jim Mora (the younger one - currently UCLA HC) mentioned as a HC possibility for other teams. In keeping with the thought of second (or in his case third) chances, similar to Belichick or Carroll he could make a case for a decent comeback. Would he be someone the Bears should consider? He has clout, experience and a little edge. Although my #1 choice continues to be Shannahan. Then maybe Kubiak.

Since upgrading to IE 11 the text in the box you type in to post messages has run off the right side of the screen rather than wrapping around to begin a new line on the left of the box. It was very annoying. The solution is simple. If you have this happening go to the menu item TOOLS and select Compatibility View Settings. Click the ADD button to add this site to the list. Problem solved.

Anybody know this name? He is a TE on our team. Annen is a ridiculous athlete, running a 4.41 at the school's pro day, also posting 25 bench press reps, a 34 inch vertical and 10 foot broad jump. 6'4" 247 He did 16-182-2 his senior year. Maybe he turns into a beast with some coaching.
