The problem is do we sign St. Clair at RT then we need another swing OT who do we get one from FA or the draft. But at what spot in the draft #1 pick? We need a WR and a FS but same process and which rounds do you get them? These three positions are a must for the Bears. DE yes but not pressing just yet, SLB yet but not pressing, and RG. We should have alot of head sratching going on shortly folks.

Some people are upset over the Bears about the lack of FA involvement, but with almost everybody locked up long term, we only have so much room before we have to start cutting guys and taking cap hits. I have 45 players I feel are locks for the 53 man, at least 5 draft picks will be on the roster, and I have some tweeners that could go either roster, practice squad, or cut. I'm soooo looking forward to Game 3 of the preseason. How ironic that we now have Cutler and we play Denver in game three of the preseason, which if I'm not mistaken the game where the starters play into the second half. I bet Jay's got that one circled in fat red sharpe on his callendar.

although in the past i have not been a supporter for turner, this cutler move should prove to be a major boon for him. looking at what he did with real talent at qb, kramer, the last time he was in chicago should give him a wide open playbook and give chicago some hope for a real offense. there can't be any excuses anymore. i would like to point out it will probably take a season for everyone to become familiar with the new system and our excitement should be realistically tempered some until we are hitting on all cylinders. hope abounds!

In reading today's articles about JA's interview it seems he's changing his strategy a bit from what he's done in years past. Recently we've taken players who fell a bit due to injury. Of course everyone knows what happened with Williams last year. In the past we've taken Bazuin who I believe had a bit of an injury pre-draft that was aggravated in camp. ... It seemed like a feeding frenzy for OL and WR's. There was some teams I thought drafted like they were sitting at the buffet table at all you can eat restaurant. I was pretty much busy all day but checking in periodically not wanting to miss our 2nd rnd pick. Unfortunately it was not in the cards. Crazy seeing some of these QB performances today. Flacco, thanks Trestman, was the worst starting QB this week. 18-32, 117 yards, 2 INT (1 Pick-6), and a 38.2 Passer Rating. Adding to that, they lost Suggs for the year. Manning looked equally horrible throwing a Pick-6 and ending with a 59.9 Passer Rating and 4 sacks. Rivers, even though he threw for 404 yards, had 2 horrible INTs (one in the endzone). Stafford had 2 picks (and a 3rd overturned) and could've probably had 5 INTs if the defense didn't drop them. Luck had 2 picks and did not look good against Buffalo Wilson had a pick and was sacked 6 times.

Benjamin Allbright tweeted that two contacts inside the Bears say Alshon is not on the block and that Forte is. Could be all hear say or real.....who knows
